Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InceptionPM, operated by UPL Vision. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be authorised to use any organisation you join and to share the content you add.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service unlawfully or to store unlawful content.
• Don't attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the service.
• Don't upload malware or infringe others' rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the permissions needed to host and display it to the people you share it with, solely to operate the service.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep InceptionPMavailable but provide it "as is" without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
